Students from Seven Hills school in Nevada City and learning musicians Grades 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 entertained an audience of parents, teachers, administrators, little children running all around and a select group of Rotary Club of Nevada City Rotarians. Dr. Chris, Foundation Treasurer Walter, President-Elect 26-27 Mason and the Dedicated Milams endured and over-all enjoyed the stage changes and individual introductions along with the music from a wide variety of instruments, some of which were collected by Area 4 Club members and, after their refurberation, were played from the stage.
Their Director Jenna Santa Maria, new to our area, put in a great deal of preparation for the performance and with her genuine smile and enthusiasm kept the audience tapping to the beat. Really fun then and in reflection!
