Nevada City loves a parade and Nevada City Rotary had a great afternoon with Andrea, Pearce, Walt, Dolly, Lassie and Timmy, John, Paula, Stacy, Tom Milam, Cathy, Robin, Tom Ryan with photo-bashful Allie, and Gloria. Fun visibility for our Dolly Pardon Imagination Library, Pumpkins for Polio Palooza, and Paws and A Cause projects.
And of course our esteemed President HW Bush!
At Bodhi-Hive on Thursday, our program will be a final walkthru of the program and plans for Paws and A Cause on Saturday.
Judy and her expanded team of talented artists — including our own members — continue to paint pumpkins. The two workshops were fun and yielded some fabulous pumpkins. If you can paint more let Cathy and Judy know ASAP. A selection of painted pumpkins go on display in local shops and businesses on October 1 ahead of our Oct 15 Pumpkin Palooza!
